i really hate distractions.


running today was the best self-disciplined move i made all week. the feeling i get after running [despite the out-of-breathness and quivering muscles], is just great both physically and mentally. I feel so much better, my mind's sharper, and i feel like i look better.

i know i'm killing my knees, but the thrill i feel after doing each stint is just too great to give up. almost like a drug. because i know i can, that my body's limits are still not breached yet, although i know i'm growing older day by day. it's been a few years, so some of the muscles have deteorated due to the lack of use. it's been too long, my dear flips. i do wish i can reaquaint myself with more than just flips though.
