duplicity > watched it tonight with trudy. a truly impulsive decision after getting that pair of free movie tickets totally by luck and chance. an intelligent show, not much laugh-out-loud humour, more like ocean's eleven kind of plot line. was good, but not great. I definitely enjoyed ice age 3 and transformers better.
they got played alright.

and yes, that makes it three movies i've watched in one week. going out so much, has made me just tired of going out and spending so much. makes me feel like staying home and concentrating on my work. let's just hope the feeling stays for another 5 months. now we know the technique - feed one too much cake and one will abstain from it naturally.
there was the other consequence concerning my wallet. one week, and i blew almost 2.4 times my weekly allowance. that's just overboard. i took the chance in between classes, and spent at least half an hour going through my receipts and memories on what i spent, and recorded them. long list = not a good sign. money really does just disappear when you aren't looking.
it's time to stop.
WOAH.

now i should start getting serious and the plan's been floating around my head for awhile. i shall draw up
1)a computer schedule
2)a study schedule
3)an excercise schedule
pray that i'll follow it after 10 years of not following self-made timetables.( yes, i tried them in primary school and they didn't work at all)

and so after i complete the current book i'm reading, it shall be my last fictional book i'll read before the As (perhaps maybe one compromise for near-breakdown moments), second last movie today, the last shall be harry potter's final end. and i shall limit my outings to, 1 at most per fortnight. no more baking (except weekends, uh max twice a month). i should lock up my cupboard to the baking supplies :/

STICK WITH IT PAM.

part of all the above motivation comes from
a) today's scholarship fair - scholarships are like free money, that comes with a price tag of 4As, and good prelim results.
b) the rather inpiring romance novel i'm reading Heart and Soul by Sally Mansel. great for musicians out there who likes piano too.

i'm gonna hunt down those As baby.

ps. blogger seems to be against uploading photos ):
