hello.....juz came back from school bout' an hour and 15 mins ago.had my napfa 5 items.i get all A!!which is 30/30!!!!gold.wahahahahah.
sit-ups:35[didnt bother to do more and got stomach cramp after that]
shuttle run:10.9s ...proud of myself:D
pull-ups: 20...must train more...
2.4km:14.11 min. not too bad i guess...next year aim for 12/13 min.
standing broad jump:176...could do better
sit and reach:50cm..mayumi got 51!haha..she's so much taller.
 
anyway..gonna send my tablet down for service soon.hope the guy can fix it.
