today hit my own record. by others' assumptions.

it was either one of these three phrases said/asked directly at me:

" I thought you were malay"

"I thought she was malay"

"Are you malay or chinese?"

well, basically same questions, by SEVEN different people, within 7 hours, includes my boss/event manager whom i told i was chinese at the start of the day.[he asked again to confirm sometime later, just because the other event manager thought i was malay"

it gives me an excuse not to speak chinese anymore...
